How Undertone uses your information.

Who we are

This website and the Undertone first-access list are operated by Ryan Benavides in California. For anything about your information, email privacy@undertone.rest.

Information you provide

When you join the Undertone first-access list, we collect your first name, email address, city, state or region, country, product interest and your consent to receive launch and fitting-availability emails.

Campaign and website information

When you arrive through a campaign, your browser keeps the campaign tags from the page address (source, medium, campaign, content and term), any advertising click identifiers, the landing-page address and the referring page for up to 30 days. They are sent to us only if you submit the form, so we can understand which advertisements produce signups.

Optional advertising analytics are off unless you select “Accept analytics.” If you accept, the Meta Pixel may record a page visit and a completed waitlist signup, and we may send Meta the same signup event from our server with your email address in hashed (scrambled) form so the event is counted once. You can choose “Essential only” or change your selection at any time:

Browser privacy signals

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to keep advertising analytics off, and we don’t ask you again unless you open Privacy choices yourself.

How we use the information

Save and manage your first-access request
Send confirmation, launch and fitting-availability emails
Plan clinic access and understand regional demand
Measure campaign performance and improve the website
Protect the form from abuse and maintain the service, including limiting repeated attempts using a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address that we keep for no more than a day

Health-related information

Undertone is a sleep comfort product. We don’t ask for medical information, and we don’t need it. Because joining the list shows an interest in a sleep product, we treat your signup as sensitive: we don’t sell it, and we share website events with Meta only if you choose “Accept analytics.” Residents of states with consumer-health-data laws, such as Washington and Nevada, can ask us to confirm, access or delete this information at privacy@undertone.rest.

Service providers

Undertone uses service providers to operate the website and waitlist. These currently include Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites for website infrastructure and data storage, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection when enabled, Resend for transactional and launch email, and Meta for optional advertising measurement when you consent and a Meta Pixel is active. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your waitlist information for money. Optional advertising measurement may involve sharing online identifiers and website events with Meta, and only if you choose “Accept analytics.” We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, or in connection with a business reorganization.

Retention and security

We retain waitlist information while Undertone is developing and launching the product, or until it is no longer needed for the purposes described here. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

To stop receiving emails, reply “unsubscribe” to any Undertone email or write to privacy@undertone.rest. You may also ask to access, correct or delete your waitlist information. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply, and we will respond to requests as those laws require.

Children

Undertone is intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has joined the list, contact us and we will delete it.
